I am currently in network with Regence, Anthem, United, Aetna, American Specialty Health*, Cigna*, Healthnet, Triwest, Providence & FirstChoice/Axis. I also take Community Health Plan of Washington. I may also be able to bill out of network. You are responsible for your co-pay/coinsurance. Even if your plan has acupuncture coverage, there may be limitations for what they will cover. If your plan does not cover acupuncture time time of service discounts are listed below. Insurance will not cover cosmetic acupuncture. This can be a confusing process - if you have questions just give a call or send an email and I will help verify your benefits.

*Please note: for ASH and most Cigna plans we charge a $40 non-covered services fee per a pre-disclosed agreement in addition to your copay/coinsurance. These carriers only cover extremely limited acupuncture - this fee is necessary to provide an appropriate level of care.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy: We require a credit card to book all new appointments. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged a $50 fee.
