Restorative/Yin Yoga

Restorative/Yin  yoga is a gentle yet profound practice that focuses on long-held, passive stretches targeting the body’s deep connective tissues. This meditative approach to yoga promotes flexibility, joint health, and relaxation. By holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes, practitioners stimulate the fascia, ligaments, and tendons, improving mobility and circulation. Yin yoga also cultivates mindfulness and stress relief, fostering a sense of inner calm and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, yin yoga offers a nourishing space to release tension, restore energy, and deepen your mind-body connection.

Sound healing, exemplified in practices like sound baths, offers a profound journey of relaxation and rejuvenation for participants. By immersing oneself in the therapeutic vibrations of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, sound healing facilitates a deep state of meditation and inner peace. Sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia while enhancing overall well-being and fostering a sense of connection to oneself and the surrounding environment. Sound Bath & meditation

Slow flow vinyasa yoga is a practice that links the breath, movement, and poses together in a mindful, unhurried way that engages stability in the bones and stretch in the soft tissues, while allowing for a deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Vinyasa is sometimes referred to as flow yoga, reflecting the emphasis on the movement, or ebb and flow, between poses that can embody the quality of a dance.
